September 10-11, 2024, saw the largest ever gathering of B Corps at Louder than Words: The B Corp Festival in Oxford, and of course we couldn’t miss out. Being a B Corp business is a key part of the Jump ethos, highlighting our commitment to sustainable practices and creating a better future.

The festival brought together 2000 B Corp businesses, opening up plenty of room for discussion with the people willing and able to make positive change. Networking with other B Corps, sharing ideas on how we can better the future, and experiencing the culture filled city of Oxford made for an exciting two days, filling us with hope that other companies share the same goals that we do.

Morning sessions addressing critical change that is needed across industries allowed for engaging discussions and Q&As, while afternoons offered over 40 fringe sessions and activities spread across Oxford, immersing you in the city's culture and local businesses.

At the heart of Jump’s ethos is giving back to our planet, our community, our team, and helping our clients to give back. Events like this allow us to find other companies that align with our values and help us to achieve these goals.

Recertifying every three years ensures companies continue to follow these high standards, and follow new requirements to stay up to date with critical matters that need addressing through change.
