The Brewery has been a prominent venue in London for over fifty years. It has hosted many events, including tech conferences, corporate exhibitions, charity events, and award ceremonies. The venue offers six rooms in the heart of the City, with the capacity to accommodate anywhere from 10 to 1600 attendees. Its unique ambience seamlessly combines 18th-century architecture with state-of-the-art technology, making it a benchmark for the event industry.
As a long-time supplier to the Brewery, we have implemented an automated ordering system for essential items. This system ensures that stock levels are always maintained and items are reordered through a simple process. Specifically, we provide cups for coffee and water that are printed with The Brewery's brand colours. These cups are regularly ordered in batches ranging from 30 to 40,000 units. The deli boxes are another of the bulk packaging which are designed for various events throughout the year. They undergo the same rigorous printing, sustainability, and cost process. Typically, we produce volumes ranging from 10,000 to 25,000 units, catering to various meals.
In all the materials we supply, maintaining consistent colours is extremely important. We ensure that each production batch has minimal colour variations during repeat runs. We also prioritise the sustainability and quality of our items while being mindful of costs. In addition, we cover a range of marketing collateral and packaging to ensure consistent branding throughout all items. The umbrellas are a welcome addition, delivering a high level of service when the guests arrive at the venue and reinforcing the message of a quality establishment.
The marketing collateral has been created to further the message that the Brewery is a premier events venue in London. We produce a range of items, including Conference & Exhibition brochures, each consisting of 20 pages in A5 size, with 170gsm inner pages and a 250gsm outer cover. The Awards & Dinners books have 24 pages in A5 size, with 170gsm inner pages and a 250gsm outer cover. The Food & Drinks brochures have 28 pages in A5 size, with 170gsm inner pages and a 250gsm outer cover.
The Summer & Christmas Folder contains two postcards and is die-cut to shape with full-colour printing on 400gsm Vision paper. The postcards are A5 size, printed on 350gsm Ensocoat S/S board with gloss lamination. The Slip Case/Pack sleeves are printed in full colour on 400gsm Vision and die-cut to shape. All packs are assembled and held in stock for future deliveries when required.
