During our initial meeting with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), it was evident that we needed to design and deliver a highly carbon-efficient lookbook that genuinely reflected the client's principles and values. We produced 150,000 copies, each with 24 pages measuring 165mm x 238mm. The lookbooks were printed in full colour on 120gsm uncoated text for the internal pages with a 250gsm uncoated cover, and were bound with a stitched finish. In production, we ensured accurate colour balance and representation of the clothing and models' skin tones through on-site print proofing with the client. We also utilised solar power for much of the production and used soy-based inks for printing to minimise our carbon footprint. Handling the client’s data, we conducted a thorough data check to ensure the information was up-to-date and in the correct format. Once approved, we personalised and dispatched the lookbooks through our DPS provider, securing maximum postage discounts that were passed on to our client.

After completing the project, we provided the client with an impact report detailing the total carbon footprint. Additionally, we outlined the verified carbon afforestation process used to offset any excess carbon emissions. This further demonstrated our commitment to the project and highlighted our approach to all projects.
